Terms of use
Last updated 1 October 2026
In short: Bloom is a journal to help you notice patterns, not medical advice or contraception. Your journal is on your phone, so keep a backup. Monthly and yearly Premium renew automatically until you cancel them in your App Store or Google Play settings; lifetime Premium is paid once.
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Eonyx Infotech LLP ("we", "us") for your use of the Bloom app and this website. By using Bloom you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Bloom.
If you got Bloom from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, alongside these terms.
2. Who can use Bloom
You must be 16 or older to use Bloom.
3. Not medical advice
Bloom helps you record and reflect on your habits, cycles and symptoms. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Articles, guidance, scores and predictions in Bloom are general information, not advice for your situation.
- Always talk to a qualified clinician about your health, medication, supplements and test results.
- Cycle, ovulation and fertile-window predictions are estimates. They are not a method of contraception and must not be relied on to prevent or achieve pregnancy.
- If you think you have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services.
4. Your journal and backups
Your journal is stored only on your device (see the privacy policy). We cannot see, recover or restore it. If your phone is lost, reset or replaced, your journal may be lost unless you have a device backup or a Bloom backup file. Exporting a backup regularly is your responsibility.
5. Premium
- Bloom Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase, bought through the App Store or Google Play. The price, and for subscriptions the length, are shown before you buy.
- Lifetime Premium is paid once and never renews. It stays yours for as long as we offer Bloom, on devices signed in to the same store account.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically at the same price and length unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- If a free trial is offered, it turns into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before then. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Premium stays on until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- If we change the price, Apple or Google will tell you before it affects you, as their rules require.
- To use Premium on a new phone, sign in with the same store account and choose Restore purchases in Bloom.
6. Using Bloom
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Bloom on devices you own or control. Please don't copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the app, or use it to break the law. Bloom, its design, text, articles and logo belong to us; what you write in your journal belongs to you.
7. Changes to Bloom
We may update Bloom, add or remove features, or stop offering it. If we stop offering Premium, we will not renew subscriptions after that point. Your journal stays on your phone and can always be exported.
8. No warranty
Bloom is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that its scores and predictions will be accurate for you.
9. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, for loss of data, or for decisions made relying on Bloom. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Bloom in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the law where you live.
10. Ending these terms
You can stop using Bloom at any time by deleting it; remember to cancel any subscription in your store account as well. We may end your access if you break these terms.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
12. Changes and contact
If we change these terms, we will update the date above, and tell you in the app if the change is significant. Questions: support@eonyx.io.
